Terms & Conditions

Potential Terms and Conditions for the lucky draw:
  1. By participating, participants of the POND'S Peel & Win, conditionally and unconditionally agree to accept these below terms and conditions.
  2. Eligibility: Open to residents of Pakistan aged 18 and above.
  3. Campaign Period: This campaign starts on 1st October 2025 and ends on 31st December 2025. Entries submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  4. How to enter:
    • Buy any eligible Pond’s product with a “Peel and Win” Label
    • Peel the label to reveal a QR code and unique alphanumeric code
    • Scan the QR code and enter the unique code, along with the personal details to participate
    • Submit your Name, CNIC, Mobile Number, City and Unique Code via the form
  5. Entry conditions: Each unique code is valid for one time use only. Multiple entries with the same code will be disqualified. Counterfeit or tampered codes will be deemed invalid. Multiple entries with the same CNIC/mobile number will be disqualified. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received due to technical issues. Unilever/Ponds reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and participants, and in case of inaccurate information, it may disqualify the participant.
  6. Prizes: Winners will receive one of the designated prizes listed on the campaign page. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and subject to availability. Unilever reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
  7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected via a random system-generated process. Winners will be notified via telephone within 90 days of entry submission. If unreachable within 2 days, the prize may be forfeited and reassigned. Any participant of the program who wins any prize during the Program Period shall not be eligible to win any further prize.
  8. Data Usage: By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal data (Name, CNIC, Mobile Number, City) by Unilever for administration of the campaign and future marketing, in accordance to Unilever’s privacy policy.
  9. Rights reserved: Unilever reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.
  10. Liability: Unilever is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from participation or use of any prize.
  11. MISCELLANEOUS:
    • Mere participation in this Program does not entitle a participant to a prize unless all other terms and conditions are fully complied with. Any fraudulent conduct on the part of the participant shall disentitle the participant to receive the prize under this Program.
    • Unilever reserves the right to change, defer, alter, or cancel this Program in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice.
    • The decision of Unilever shall be final in all regards and no communication, queries or complaints shall be entertained. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between any participant and Unilever.
    • If a participant is dissatisfied with the Program and/or the terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is not to participate.
  12. This campaign is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
